From July 7, AMD Radeon ™ RX 5700 series video cards, specifically designed to provide maximum performance during gaming with a resolution of 2560x1440p, will appear in the DNS stores.
New RDNA architecture
The Radeon ™ RX 5700 series is based on the new RDNA graphics architecture, much more efficient than the usual GCN. Devices based on this architecture have changed the structure of computing blocks, improved multilevel data caching system and graphic container.
Due to these changes, the performance of new graphics processors increased by a quarter, and power consumption decreased by one and a half.
The 7-nm TSMC technical process allowed AMD to raise the clock speeds of the new video cards without increasing power consumption. In addition, these cards are the first graphics accelerators on the market with support for the PCI Express 4.0 bus.
